Blood Drive: About 20% of blood collected by the American Red Cross comes from eligible donors of college and high school age.

Student Council will be hosting its last blood drive next Thursday, May 5. If you are 16 or older and would like to donate please fill out this Google form. Important information is listed on the Google form, so be sure to take some time to read it. Also, you must fill out a parent consent form if you are 16 years old. These forms can be found in the Main Office. Each donor will also receive a $10 gift card to the place of your choice (10 options of restaurants and other places will be provided). Just be sure to give your email address to receive the gift card. If you have any questions, send Mrs. Enderby ([email protected]) an email.

Boys Golf: Yesterday the boys' golf team competed in the FRCC conference meet at Thornberry Creek. The team finished in a tie for 3rd and was led by Patrick Kennedy who shot a personal best 38 to tie for 2nd place. Alec Reichwald 42, Austin Soli 43, Austin Tostrup 44, and Ethan Wilke 45 rounded out the scoring for the Hornets. 

ICSC Elections (Grades 9, 10, and 11): If you are interested in voting for students to represent Preble in the Intra-City Student Council for next school year; here is the link to the ballot. You have until 2:00 pm this afternoon to vote. If you have any questions, send Mrs. Enderby ([email protected]) an email.

Link Crew Recruitment: Preble Link Crew is starting to recruit leaders for the 22-23 school year!

As positive role models, Link Crew Leaders are mentors and student leaders who guide freshmen to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to high school and help facilitate freshman success.

If you are a current 10th or 11th grade student and interested in being a part of Link Crew as a freshman mentor, please fill out THIS INTEREST APPLICATION.

Senior Ball: Today is the last day to purchase your Senior Ball ticket for $35 per student. Tickets will be sold in the ticket booth during lunch hours and in the Main Office after school. Your ticket price includes dinner, ice cream, water bottle souvenir, DJ, and photo booth. 

Senior Ball will be held on Friday, May 20 at Riverside Ballroom from 6:00 to 10:30 pm. The doors will open at 5:45 and dinner will be served promptly at 6:30, so make sure to arrive on time. If you have any questions, send Mrs. Enderby an email ([email protected]).

Spring Play: We are excited to announce that The Preble Players return to live performances with our Spring Play - Romeo and Juliet. Set in New York in the 1970’s, this Shakespearean classic follows the tragic love of Romeo and Juliet set in the gang wars of New York. Performances are tonight and tomorrow, April 29 and 30 at 7:00. Tickets are $5.00 for GBPSD staff and students.
