Blood Drive: You are somebody’s type! So please consider donating this Wednesday at the blood drive! If you are 16 or older and would like to donate, you can sign up here. Donors will receive a $10 Amazon gift card and a coupon for a free pint of Culver’s ice cream! You will need a parent consent form signed if you are 16 and the forms can be found in the Main Office. Dating Awareness Month: We all know relationships can be tough. But did you know 1 in 3 young people will experience abuse by a partner while dating? It’s a lot more common than we think! 

February is Dating Violence Awareness Month & 2022 marks the 12th anniversary of efforts to end Teen Dating Violence. Enough is enough! Everyone deserves healthy relationships. We can influence change in how we treat our partners and how we respond to acts of abuse. Let's Take ACTION and put an END to Dating Violence.

If you or someone you know needs help you can text “loveis” to 22522 to talk with an Advocate or call Golden House, our local domestic violence agency, at 920-435-0100.

Dungeons and Dragons Club: D&D club will meet tomorrow, 2/8 after school in room 132. Games will go from 3:15 to approximately 5:30/ 6:00. Players remember, that shadow overhead might just be a cloud, but it also could be a dragon, a rock, or a peryton, they’re little but those things are vicious. Be wary of shadows, I guess that’s what I’m saying.

FBLA: Congratulations to Preble FBLA at Regionals on Saturday. With all their hard work we had amazing results.

Miyah Washington placed 2nd in Entrepreneurship

Off to Madison for State in March!!

A huge shout out to Miyah for going on stage and collecting all of the medals for the Preble!

GBU Boys Swim Team: The GBU Boys Swim Team competed in their Conference Meet this Saturday. Finishing in the top 6 for individual events were Mikhail Neverman in the 100 fly and 100 back, Cayden DePas in the 50 free and 100 back, Nathan Gehm in the 100 back, and Kyler Simonet in the 100 fly. Great job to all the guys, and good luck to the boys at Sectionals this Saturday at Neenah.

Preble’s Got Talent: Preble’s Got Talent is this Friday starting at 6:30 pm in the Auditorium!

This Thursday is the mandatory dress rehearsal right after school in the auditorium. All performers MUST be there!

Show Choir: Congratulations to the Preble Show Choirs on an incredible weekend at the DePere Competition. Rendezvous placed third in a mixed class A division and Center Stage placed 2nd Runner up and received the best dressed award in Open Class. It was a great day to be a Hornet!

Spring Play: Student and Staff cast of the spring play. Please stop in 123 right after school on Monday, February 7th for a quick cast picture. This will only be a few minutes. Attention Crew! Any student interested in being a Crew Leader for the Spring Play, Romeo and Juliet, please attend a meeting on Thursday, February 17th at 3:10. This meeting will be at least a half hour. If you can not attend, please send Mr. Schuh.

Strength Rising: Strength Rising is a support group started by Preble students. It is a safe place to talk about pain and struggles and build up your strength to endure through the hard stuff. If you are interested in Strength Rising, please come to Room 189 (Choir Room) Period 5 this Wednesday. Feel free to bring your lunch and friends!
