(story continued from yesterday’s announcements)
As you ascend the stairs to the second floor of the keep, you’re met with a narrow hallway and several doorways leading away to new spaces. You see one is filled with spider webs and you quickly close it again. Another opens to what looks to be the room of a young woman, long abandoned. A faded painting of a teenage girl in an elegant green hangs on the wall. One of your party members goes to open the trunk at the foot of the bed when it suddenly sprouts teeth, chomping down on your ally’s arms. “A mimic!” someone shouts. Collectively your group burns and batters the monstrosity until its tongue lols out, limp across the floor. You can finally open the chest and you find a single garment: The green dress being worn by the young woman in the painting, but old and tattered.
What happened to her? Maybe the third, and final, floor will tell you...
Today is Friday and you know what that means, get up out of your chair and join us in singing/dancing our School Song https://youtu.be/K-OMLLTNybc.
