2020 Trip to Europe

A reminder that the World War II trip to Europe tour informational meeting will be in Room 210 today after school.  We will share trip details, cost, and other information. This trip is available to all current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are welcome.  (Sorry seniors). If you are unable to attend the meeting, please see Mrs. Culver, Mr. Baudhuin, or Mr. Kline as soon as possible.



Anime Club

Anime club will meet tomorrow, Thursday, after school in Room 127.



Chess Club

Chess Club will meet from 3:05 to 3:45 pm today after school in Room B116. All are welcome to join us.



Code Meeting

Attention students that will be participating in a winter sport, please note the athletic code meeting for wrestling and boys and girls basketball will be taking place on Wednesday, November 14th at 6 pm in the auxiliary gym. All students participating in a winter sport must attend and be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.  



Football

All football players make sure to get your banquet forms and money in by this Friday, November 9th.


All juniors interested in playing football next fall, there will be a meeting in the health room by the weight room this Thursday, November 8th at 3:45pm.



Graduation  Product Order Day

Seniors, today is graduation product order day.  Brickhouse School Services will be set up in front of the ticket booth during the lunch hours.  Please be sure to turn in your order and payment today.



HOSA

We will have our next HOSA Future Health Professional meeting this Thursday at 6:50 am in Room 137.


T-shirt money is due, and we will collect dues.  Membership will be closing soon so please plan to attend.  Check out the google classroom for additional information on this meeting.  


MAC Scholars & College

MAC Scholars & College Bound will meet today after school from 3:00 to 3:45 pm in Room 107.



National French Week

Here are today’s National French week fact and contest.  Fact: 59% of French speakers live in Africa. Contest: Be one of the first 3 people to stop into Room 221 to tell Mrs Culver the answer to this question between periods 6-8 to receive a prize; Name one of the African countries where French is one of the official languages?



Student Council Meeting

This is a reminder, to Student Council members, that we have a meeting today after school in Room 256. Please check your email for more details.



Wisconsin Civics Games

The Wisconsin Civics Games is a high school civics competition sponsored by the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, and is meant to promote government education in the state. A school competition will be held at Preble in early to mid January to form a team.


Preble’s team will have four participants. The regional competition is located at UWGB and will be held the week of February 2. The top two scoring teams from our region will then advance to the state finals. The state competition is located at the Capitol on February 23, 2019.


Preble will hold an informational meeting on Thursday, November 8, at 3:10 p.m., in Room 105.

Yearbook

We will be meeting each night after school for the rest of the week in Room 158 after school.  Please come if you can.
