Baseball Open Gym
There will be a baseball open gym for all interested students on Tuesday night from 7:00-9:00 pm.  


Fox Communities Credit Union Scholarship
Fox Communities Credit Union will award a $750 scholarship to six high school seniors within the fox cities.  You must be a primary member of Fox Communities Credit Union by Sunday, December 31, 2017.  For more information, stop by any of our locations including your In-School Credit Union.  The application deadline is Friday, 
February 23, 2018.


GBU Boys Swim Team  
On Saturday, the GBU boys swim team dominated the Terror Relays! The guys placed top 3 in every relay! Scoring points in the relay were Will Adams, Robert Cantrall, Cullen Jarvey, Max Pribyl, Dorjan Enick, Kaen Baxter, Joseph Stoa, Riley Komp, Kaiser Neverman, John Gahnz, Macoy Socha, Benedict Janowski, Conner Howe! Breaking the 400 Relay pool record was John Gahnz, Riley Komp, Kaen Baxter, and Kaiser Neverman! Great job guys! 


HOSA
Preble HOSA will have its next meeting on Tuesday,  January 9th after school in the library.  Please note, we have a new meeting time in hopes of it being easier for members to attend.  

We’re looking at planning a Valentine's day fundraiser.  Active members who are interested in competing at state, please plan to attend.  If you plan to compete, the deadline for signing up for events will be Tuesday, January 23rd.  


ICE BEARS WIN ON SATURDAY
The Ice Bears had a big conference 9-3 win against the Brookfield Glaciers.  Kamdyn McCracken had two assists.  Congrats on a well played game!  This week, varsity is at Appleton on Tuesday at 8:00 pm and Fond du Lac on Friday at 5:00 pm for more conference action.  The JV team has a tourney on Saturday in Ozaukee.  Good luck and great skill this week!


Math Team
Math team students, our third math meet is tonight, Monday, January 8th at Southwest.  Teams are posted outside Room 237.  Check in with Mr. Schwedrsky by 6:10 pm.


Spring Play
Any students that are interested in being Stage Manager or Student Director for the 2018 Spring Play, She Kills Monsters, please see Mr. Schuh in Room 125. Any student should have at least two years of theater experience working with crews or cast. 

Perusal scripts for the spring play, She Kills Monsters, will be available in the LMC starting on Wednesday, January 10th for a 24 check out period. Any questions, please see Mr. Schuh
 

Show Choir
The show choirs will be kicking off their competition season this weekend. Center Stage and Rendezvous will be holding a preview show on Friday night at 6:00 p.m. in the 
auditorium.  Everyone is invited to the performance as they get ready to compete at Burlington.


Student Services
Seniors, are you still working on college applications or financial aid? Counselors will be available tomorrow in the Career Center periods 4-6 and after school to assist any senior who drops in. Seniors who shared they need help on the latest senior survey will receive a reminder today.


Yearbook
Do you want to be involved in yearbook?  Taking pictures, designing pages, and writing copy?  Then come to Computer Lab 158 after school on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to see what it is all about.

Yearbook staff, our deadline is approaching, and pages need to be completed.  Please come to work on pages Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday after school.

Seniors, are you senior pictures in?  If not, please send them to prebleyearbook@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Have you purchased a book yet?  Buy one before Wednesday, January 31st when the price increases!
