Bead Mural

Ms. Nooyen would like to thank everyone who added their beads to the Preble Pride Bead Mural last week. If you missed the all day bead adding times last Friday, your class can schedule a time or wait for the next all day bead adding date on Friday, October 12th.

Bible Studies Club

The Bible Studies Club would like to invite you to meet at the flagpole on Wednesday, September 26th, at 7:00 am. See you at the pole is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school and nation.

Boys Cross Country

The boys cross country team travelled to Janesville for the Midwest Invitational on Saturday.  The varsity team took 3rd overall out of 45 of the top teams in the state. The team was lead by medalists Khalid Mohamed and Dawson Borley with times of 16:04 and 16:17 for 5k.  Joe Engler, Brett Litkey, Josh Helgeson all ran under 17 minutes as well. Freshman Aaron Paris ran a 17:03 and has the 5th best freshman time it the state. The boys are currently ranked 6th in the state and travel to Pulaski this Thursday.

Drama Club

Interested in musicals and theaters. Drama Club will be having an introductory meeting tonight at 3:10 pm in Room 123. During this meeting, we will be discussing our first possible trip to Chicago to see Dear Evan Hanson in the spring. If you are interested, but can not make it, please see Mr. Schuh.

Formula High School

There will be a short Formula High School meeting on Tuesday, September 25th after school in Room 153.  We will be finished at 3:30 pm.


2018 Rocket Invite:  Brigitta Neverman won the 200 IM, took 2nd place in the 100 butterfly, as well as anchoring the team record breaking 1st place 200 freestyle relay team.

Ella Sieber swam to a third place finish in the 500 freestyle and was also on the 200 freestyle first place relay!  Way to go GBU!

Girls Golf

Friday the girls golf team competed in the FRCC conference championship. The team finished in 5th place and were led by Jordan Hedsand 96 and Lauren Bonetti 96.

Congratulations to Lauren Bonetti and Emma Onesti for earning 2nd team all conference honors.

Girls Tennis

The varsity tennis team won a close 4-3 match over West DePere last week.  Earning wins for the Lady Hornets were:

#1 Singles: Krysten Capwell

#2 Singles Mai Lee Vang

#1 Doubles Mai Vang and Mai Nou Vang

#3 Doubles Grace Flood and Faith Prokash

The team returns to conference play tonight against DePere.


This is just a reminder to all juniors that are interested in taking the PSAT, registration is only open for two more weeks and spots are filling up quickly. The PSAT is on Wednesday, October 10th here in the small gym. If you need instructions with how to register stop by Student Services today to pick up an instruction sheet. PSAT Student Guides are also available in the Career Center so you may pick yours up once you have registered. This guide will help get you prepared for the test.

Student Council Elections

Students, do you like to plan and get involved? If so, then Student Council is the club for you! You will learn to be a leader and will develop a work ethic through planning the school dances, hosting blood drives, and planning other events. If you are interested, please stop by the main office and grab an intent to run form. The forms are due in the main office by this Friday, September 28th at 3:15 pm, with the elections to follow.  If you have any questions email Mrs. Enderby.
