Help For the Homeless Drive

Do you enjoy making a difference? It is as easy as bring any hygiene product (shampoo, deodorant, laundry soap, etc.) to Student Services. The ‘Help for the Homeless’ hygiene drive works with area homeless coalitions every spring to stock the shelves of 83 homeless and crisis programs in 15 Wisconsin communities in our listening areas. Preble is doing our part by filling a box in Student Services. Donations will be collected all this week. Every donation counts!

Attention 10th and 11th graders interested in joining National Honor Society, the information packet is due today: Monday, March 4th at 3:30 pm.  Please turn it into the Student Services office. Contact Mr. Pannier if you have questions.

The next meeting for current NHS members is tomorrow Tuesday March 5th at 7:00 am.

Please remind a friend and be prompt.  We meet in the auditorium.

Period 3 teachers with seniors in your classrooms, at this time, please count the number of seniors in your class and ask a representative to come to the commons to pick up an informational sheet to be given to every senior.

There is a softball “open gym” session tonight, from 7:15 to 8:45 pm.  All interested players are encouraged to attend. The softball season starts next Monday.

Also, tomorrow there are mandatory athletic code and player/parent meeting in the Commons beginning at 6:00 pm, for all softball players and a parent or guardian.

Voter Registration

To all students who will be 18 years old on or before Tuesday, April 2, 2019, you are now eligible to register to vote.  You may invite your parents to register also.

There will be a voter registration drive on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, before school in the main entrance and in the commons during all lunch hours.

Bring your valid Wisconsin Driver’s License or a Wisconsin-Issued Identification Card to school on Wednesday, March 6th.  If you do not have an ID or driver’s license, we will go to the school office to request a proof of enrollment confirming your current name and address.  Be sure to know your social security number.
