Dance Team

Preble’s Dance Team took 3rd place in D1 Kick and 4th place in D1 Pom at Ashwaubenon High School on Saturday. Both categories were out of 15 teams. Congratulations girls!


Forensics

Forensics, a competitive performance and speech team, will be having their introductory meeting on Wednesday, December 18th in Room 123 at 3:10 pm.  In this meeting, we will be providing students with information on the season, as well as provide information on the audition process in January. Any student who can not attend must see Mr. Schuh or Mrs. Horacek.


GBU Boys Swimming

Congrats to the GBU boys swim team on placing 3rd in the Plymouth invite this weekend.  Finishing with varsity wins were Riley Komp, Kaiser Neverman, 

Connor Howe, and Macoy Socha.  Kaiser also broke the pool record in the 100 butterfly.  Come to Southwest High School this Tuesday to cheer on the boys against Ashwaubenon in their first home meet.


Girls Soccer

There will be a mandatory meeting for girls interested in soccer in the spring today, after school in Room 264.   Reminder there will also be a parent meeting for any girls interested in trying out at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, December 11th at the Bellin Health Titletown District Location. 


Language Arts Academic Team

The Language Arts Academic Team will meet this Wednesday after school in Room 129.  We will practice trivia for the April competition. Please see Mrs. Guerndt if you cannot make the meeting.  


One Act Public Performance

A list of a million things that are brilliant about the world. The Preble Players proudly presents their One Act presentation of “Every Brilliant Thing” on Friday, December 13th at 7:00 pm in the Resch Family auditorium. A life affirming play about finding the things that are brilliant about the world. Come see the production that won “Best Ensemble” at the Wisconsin Theater Festival. Tickets are $3.00 for staff and students and $5.00 for general public.  Tickets will be sold at the door.

MAC Scholars  MAC Scholars will meet tomorrow, after school in Room 107.  Please come by for fun and information.

Order Day Announcements Seniors, on Wednesday, December 11th and Thursday, December 12th is cap and gown order days.  Brickhouse School Services will be here during the lunch hours in the commons. Please be sure to bring home your information packet.  Cap and gown order cards will be available on order day.

Preble Bowling

Preble bowling bowled extremely well this past week with a win over West 9 games to 0, and a tough loss to Peshtigo losing 5-4. In the meet vs Wes, senior girls Madison Adams and Lexi Simonet both had 11 strikes out of their 16 frames bowled, while the team averaged 196 over the 9 game match. 


In the loss to Peshtigo, varsity team of Madison, Lexi, along with sophomores Alec Reichwald and Kyler Simonet, and freshman Carter Wescott averaged 202 over the 9 games. This week the team faces Southwest at Riviera on Wednesday after school.


Psychology Club

The Psychology Club will be meeting tomorrow from 3:10 - 4:00 p.m.
