Boys Basketball Sign up for next season
We will be having a sign up for boys basketball on Tuesday May 24th and Wednesday May 25 in the small gym after school from 3:15 until 4:00.  If you cannot attend, please contact                    Jim Wall.

Boys Track
Congratulations to the boy’s track and field team on its runner up finish at the WIAA Regional Meet held yesterday at Preble.
Athletes advancing to Thursday’s sectional meet at Bay Port include Branden Endlich,                    Ryan Buss, Jordan Nass, Gavin Buergi, Dawson Borley, Ben Peper, Tanner Duffney,                      Brett Westlund, Michael Hablewitz, Ethan Vandenplas, Jackson Massey, Almoni Chambers, Julian Charles, Andy Holzmann, Nick Hummel, Nick Petersen, Shannon Exferd, and                        Jake Lemens.
Reminder to all athletes: please turn in your uniforms and banquet money promptly.

Cheerleading
Reminder for all students interested in cheerleading for the 2016-2017 school year, try-outs are Thursday, May 26th at 3:30 in the East High cafeteria.  

Code Meeting
Attention all those interested in participating in Football, Cross Country, and Dance next year. On Wednesday, June 1st there will be a mandatory code meeting at 6:00 PM in the auditorium.  

Cross Country 
Anyone interested in joining the cross country team in fall or even just getting the information, please plan to attend a brief meeting today, immediately after school in Room 265.  

Football
All football players, there will be an important meeting in the LMC tomorrow morning at 7 am. Sign up for the Preble Sports Academy and receive your summer workout booklet.
Girls Swimming
The fall parent/athlete meeting for Girls Swimming will be held on Monday, June 6th at                  6:00 pm in the Southwest Auditorium.

Girls Track
The Preble girl’s track and field team won the regional meet held here at Preble last night.  The team was led by first place finishes from Hayley Winzenried, Alyssa Ronk, and Sheridan Michaud.  Sheridan also tied the school record in the pole vault.  Others advancing to sectionals include:  Jensen Van Duyse, Brittney Nass, Ariana Orozco,  Sara Peterik, Sydney Armijo, Taylor Perry, Shai’Deja Cooper, Karissa Paul and Lizet Moreno.  Congratulations girls!
Track athletes are reminded to turn in their uniforms as soon as possible and to get their banquet money in by Wednesday, June 1st.

Key Club
Tomorrow morning’s Key Club meeting is canceled.  Hope to see you all at the end-of-year ceremony tomorrow night at 6:00 PM in the auditorium.  

Link Crew Summer Work
Attention 2016-2017 Link Crew Leaders, if you are interested in volunteering for the August Early Registration Days or the Link Crew Summer Committee Days, please sign up in Student Services. Sign-up sheets will be in Student Services until  Tuesday, May 31st.

MAC Scholars & College Bound
MAC Scholars and College Bound will meet tomorrow after school in Room 107.  Please come by for fun and food as we celebrate the end of the year!  All are welcome to join us!

Preble Pals Minute to Win It
Come to a fun filled hour of “Minute to Win It” game scheduled for Wednesday, June 1st after school from 3-4 p.m. in Room 163. Please contact Mrs. Prignitz or Mrs. Friday with any questions you may have.


Quiz Bowl
Come support your favorite unique peers in the 2nd annual Unique Quiz Bowl. Come into the auditorium to show your Preble support 5th and 6th hour. 

Seniors Final Transcript
Seniors, when you are putting in your final transcript request in parchment, please place your transcript on hold for final grades.  If you do not do this, we will automatically do this for you.  If you are first applying to a college at this time and need your transcript released, you will need to stop in Student Services and see Mrs. Petitjean to get it released.  If you have any questions on parchment, please do not hesitate to ask.

Summer Job Fair
Preble will host a Summer Job Fair on Wednesday, May 25th, in the commons during the lunch periods. Up to ten local employers in the areas of business, engineering, hospitality, and more will be here to answer questions and assist with applications. Many of these employers will pay above the minimum wage and will include benefits for full-time employees. Current seniors and older juniors looking for summer and all-year employment are encouraged to stop by and apply.
Seniors, who have not pick up your red, white and blue service cord, please pick them up the Career Center. The list of names are posted on the window between the Career Center and LMC.

Teens For Change
Teens For Change members, there is an important meeting tomorrow, Wednesday, after school in Room 125
