Students of the Month
The following students have been chosen by teachers from each department as Students of the Month for May.  We would like to congratulate these students and ask that they come to the main office, if they are not already here, for a special presentation at this time, while announcements continue.

Congratulations, students! 

Today the Preble Pride Award is being given to a student for going above and beyond what is expected.  This student is:
Brianna Smits. She has displayed outstanding pride in herself, in her community, and in her school, and therefore is being presented with this prestigious award.  Congratulations! Please come to the main office if you are not already here.



Blood Drive
Fall in love with donating blood to someone in need by signing up for the blood drive, this coming Wednesday, June 1st! If you are interested, talk to a Student Council member or you can find a sign-up sheet and Blood Drive details in the main office.  Also, students who are 16 must have a parent consent form signed and is to bring it to the blood drive next Wednesday. Students must also bring two forms of ID that show their age, which could include their Driver’s License, Student ID, Infinite Campus summary report, or Donor card. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Enderby or speak to a student council member.

Girls Track
The Preble girl’s track and field team finished 5th at the 18 team sectional held last night at Bay Port. The team advanced the following to the state meet in La Crosse next weekend:  Sydney Armijo and Hayley Winzenried in the high hurdles, Alyssa Ronk in the long jump, and Sheridan Michaud and Jensen Van Duyse in the pole vault.  Both Sheridan and Jensen again broke the school record in the pole vault by clearing 12’.  Congratulations girls and good luck at state!
All track athletes are reminded that banquet monies must be turned in today and that uniforms should be turned in as soon as possible.

Preble Pals
Come to a fun filled hour of “Minute to Win It” game scheduled for Wednesday, June 1st after school from 3-4 pm in Room 163. Please contact Mrs. Prignitz or Mrs. Friday with any questions you may have.

Senior Grad Party
Seniors, wrap up your school year, and your high school experience, by attending the Senior Grad Party.  From 10:30 pm to 2:30 am you will be able to reminisce with classmates, play some games and win some prizes.   Entrance fee is $5 before Wednesday, June 8th or $10 at the door.  Register by Thursday, June 2nd to be entered into a special cash drawing.  Forms are available in the main office.
