Today’s Fun Fact:
Many feet bones don’t harden until you are an adult. Feet are enormously complex parts of the body. Each foot contains 26 bones, as well as 33 joints and 19 muscles, which work together to allow for a huge range of motion and movements. But many of these bones remain cartilage throughout a person's childhood, slowly ossifying into bone as the years go on. According to the Ontario Society of Chiropodists, all of the bones in the foot don't completely harden until a person is about 21 years old.

Yearbook:
Seniors!  Please submit your senior pictures as a jpeg file to
prebleyearbook@gmail.com.  We will need your picture by early December. A traditional head-and-shoulders vertical picture is best, but we can work with horizontal images, too. Have you not picked up your yearbook? You can bring a student or photo ID to the main office and pick your book up there. Another opportunity to pick up your yearbook will be this Wednesday evening at Preble’s main entrance. Bring a photo ID to pick up a book for you, a family member, or friend. If you are picking up a book for a senior from last year, and you are not a family member, that senior must email prebleyearbook@gmail.com or twcrehore@gbaps.org with the name of the person who is going to pick up their book.  Time is from 4:15 to 7 pm. Are you interested in being part of yearbook? Taking pictures, designing pages, proofreading, editing, and reporting information? Then come to the first yearbook meeting of the year this Wednesday at 3:10 pm in room 205. We will talk about when people are available to meet, and what you might be interested in doing. If you can’t make it Wednesday, then come after school on Friday and we can talk then, too.  Thanks for your interest!
