Today’s Fun Fact: There is an immortal jellyfish. When it's an adult, the "Immortal Jellyfish," scientifically named Turritopsis dohrnii, can transform its cells back to its childhood state. This usually happens when it is physically harmed, sick, or even when it is starving. The jellyfish evolved this skill in order to survive throughout history, specifically when latching onto ships. Since it can hitchhike, its DNA has spread and the not-so-rare species is emerging all over the world.

Tomorrow is Decades Day: Seniors: 80’s, Juniors: 70’s, Sophomores: 90’s, Freshman: 2000’s, and Staff: wear what you wore in high school! The hall hunt for tomorrow is a “decades” picture. Show your Preble Pride this week by joining in the fun!

Dance Tickets - Tickets go on sale today until Friday for $10 each. You can purchase your ticket by the ticket booth (near the Auditorium) during the lunch hours and in the Main Office after school. Be sure to bring your school ID. Please try to avoid waiting until Friday to purchase your ticket as that can be a busy day.

**If you are bringing a guest from a different school, stop by the Main Office to pick up a guest pass application. This has to be turned into the Main Office by this Wednesday.

Homecoming Parade - The parade is this Friday at 3:45 and is taking a new route this year! To check it out, either enter a float in the parade or sit to watch the parade on Skyline Dr. Get some friends together to make a float. Applications are in the Main Office. We encourage clubs and sports to design a float and each grade as well! Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 floats. Show your Preble Pride spirit!!

Cookout - The cookout will be outside by the Courtyard on Thursday during the lunch hours. Join your peers for some brats, burgers, bounce houses, games, music, treats, and fun!! Be sure to bring some cash!!
