AP T-Shirts
AP students who would like to purchase an AP t-shirt should remember to bring their order form and payment to their AP teacher or Mr. Yonts in Room B116 by the end of this week.

Asian Club
Members of Asian Club are expected to meet in Room 125 right after school today. 

Formula Meeting 
There will be an informational meeting for students interested in the Formula Student Club in Room 153 after school today.

GBU Girls Swimming 
GBU Girls Swimming defeated Pulaski last night!  For JV, Emma Nowak took 2nd in 200 Free and 500 free. Hope Karnopp took 1st in 200 IM and 500 Free. For Varsity, Abby Bosar took 3rd in the 50 Free. GBU took first in all the relay events!  Great job, ladies!  Go GBU!!

Green Bay United Boys Hockey Program
An informational meeting for the Green Bay United Boys hockey program will be held on today at 7:15 pm at Cornerstone Community Ice Center, 1640 Fernando Drive, in DePere.  Both the Activities Director and new Head Coach will review the program.  A short booster club meeting will follow.

Homecoming T-Shirts
Homecoming t-shirts are here! Come and buy one in the main office for only $10. All sizes available while supplies last. If you pre-ordered a t-shirt, please come to them main office to pick it up.

HOSA Meeting
The first HOSA meeting of the year will be on Thursday, October 6th. 

HOSA stands for Health Occupations Students of America and is a group for Future Health Professionals.  If you're thinking of going into the Medical field this is the group for you! 

We will have two informational meeting times the first week so feel free to check us out after school on Thursday October 6th, or at 6:00 PM that night in room 137!

Key Club
Any students who missed the Key Club meeting this morning are encouraged to stop by Room 131 after school.  The meeting will only last 15 minutes and new members are always welcome so it’s not too late to sign up.  See Mrs. Kreuser with any questions.  

Language Arts Academy Team
Do you like reading classic literature?  Do you enjoy learning trivia about a variety of famous authors and their works?  Are you willing to read, discuss, and analyze literature from various authors?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, than the language arts academic team is for you! Come to the first informational meeting at 7:10 am on Tuesday, October 4th in Room 133.  See Mrs. Guerndt if you can’t make the informational meeting. 

MAC Scholars, College Bound & GSA
MAC Scholars, College Bound and GSA will meet TODAY after school from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in Room 107. We will go to room 184 to work on our float for the Homecoming parade!

This is just a reminder to all juniors that are interested in taking the PSAT, registration is only open for two more weeks and spots are filling up quickly. The PSAT is on Wednesday, October 19th here in the small gym. If you need instructions on how to register, please stop by Student Services today to pick up an instruction sheet. PSAT Student Guides are also available in the Career Center once you register so pick yours up today!

Political Awareness Club
So much to talk about in Political Awareness Club today! Come join us in Room 114 from 3:15 to 3:45 to discuss Monday’s debate and campaigning. See you there!
Register to Vote

Any student who will be age 18 on or before April 5, 2017 has the opportunity to register to vote by coming down to the Preble main entrance lobby, by the main office before school from 7:00 - 7:30 Am or after school from 3:00 - 3:30 PM on Thursday, September 29th.

Volunteers serving as independent special registration deputies will help eligible voters register to vote.  You will need to bring your driver’s license.

Senior Presentation
Tomorrow, September 29th is the Math BLT day. There will be a Senior Presentation facilitated by a School Counselor and held every period in the auditorium.  Seniors in a math class will be sent to the auditorium.  Attendance will be taken in the auditorium. Seniors that do not have a math class can request to attend from another teacher or a study hall teacher.   In addition, all 11th graders will be working with counselors in math classes on their Career Cruising program.  Thank you for your support and cooperation with these event. 

Spirit Week
It’s nice to see the crazy hair and socks today! Remember to look for colorful socks in the hallways. Tomorrow, come to school in your old clothes or borrow some clothes from your parents, for throwback Thursday! The hall hunt for tomorrow is poodle skirts, so if you find one bring it to the main office to redeem your prize! Keep your spirit high as we continue with homecoming week! Go Hornets‼
Staff, this is a reminder, that if you are decorating a door, please email Mrs. Enderby with the teacher name, room number, class name, and number of students no later than tomorrow. Judging for the door contest will be during 2nd period on Friday, September 30th.  The top 3 doors will win a prize!

There will be a Stingcancer meeting on Thursday, in Room 189 at 3:10 PM.  Be sure to bring your membership form and complete a co-curricular activity form, if you haven’t already done so.  Also, we have a few shirts and bracelets left over from the Stomp & Stroll last Saturday.  If interested, the shirts are $6 and the bracelets are $1.  See you at the meeting.
