Earlier this week, 15 Preble students attended the 2017 State FBLA Conference and competed against students from over 200 state high schools.  Green Bay Preble FBLA placed 9th in the state for the Outstanding Chapter Award and 10 students qualified for the National Leadership Conference. 

The following students will advance to Nationals in Anaheim, CA this summer:  

Lauren Bonetti – 1st Place in Introduction to Business 
Brandl Bonetti and Jacob Marchi – 1st Place in Entrepreneurship 
Brooke Wiegert – 1st Place in Organizational Leadership 
Samantha Majeski – 2nd Place in Business Communication 
Jackson Massey, Cassandra Nooyen, and Alyssa VandenHeuvel – 3rd Place in Website Design 
Kady Cheng and Karley Renard – 4th Place in Business Plan

FFA Career Development Events
Congratulations to the FFA Career Development Event Teams who competed at Fox Valley Technical College last Friday.  Preble had teams competing in the Wildlife competition and Floriculture competition and the results are in.  Special congratulations to Rubi Diaz who took 11th place out of 70 individuals in the Floriculture competition.  Also congratulations to Kasey Richert who took 12th place out of 105 individuals who were in the Wildlife competition.  Great job also to Rhiannon Grenier who placed 17th individually in Floriculture and Max Peterson and Daniel Estrada who both tied for 24th place out of 105 individuals in the Wildlife Competition.

Seniors please check the Diploma Name List posted in the Commons to verify how your name will be printed on your diploma.  If changes need to be made, please see the Registrar in the Student Services office.  The list will be posted until 4/12/17.

StingCancer will be helping North Shore Bank this Saturday, April 8th with a brat fry for their grand opening on Main Street.  This will be a fun event with face painting, games, food, and  even a bounce house.   All the proceeds made from the brat fry, will go directly to StingCancer.  The brat fry starts at 10am and ends at 1pm.  Come join the fun and help support StingCancer! 

Boys and girls who are competing in Track tonight are reminded of their 2:01 release time.
Athletes not participating should report to practice.

Trees for Tomorrow
Any students interested in attending the Trees For Tomorrow Camp in Eagle River, WI this year, the application deadline is Friday, April 7th.   We still can accept a few more applicants but you must get your application in now.  If you are interested in applying, pick up an application as soon as possible from Mrs. Bornowski in room 217 or Mr. Grunwaldt in room 230.  Do Not Miss This Amazing Opportunity‼
