ABSS and Preble Pride
ABSS and Preble Pride will be hosting the annual Spring Fling Ice Cream sale today during all lunch hours. Ice cream sundaes will be available for a low price of $1.00 for students who are able to name the 4 Preble Pride pillars. So, sharpen up your knowledge on our pillars and bring your dollar to enjoy some tasty ice cream during lunch!

Boys Track
Congratulations to the boys track and field team on winning the FRCC Conference Championship last night in De Pere.  Every single athlete placed as the Hornets beat second place Bay Port by over 70 points!  

The Hornets were led by double event winners Ryan Buss, Reggie Parham, Nick Hummel.

Other event winners include Gavin Buergi, Jake Lemens, Jacob Rodriguez, Lucas McCormick, Ethan Walton Taylor, Ethan Vandenplas, Max Starks, Henry Starks, and Salvador Sierra 

A special congratulations to Lucas McCormick who moved up to 3rd all time in the pole vault, Julian Charles who moved up to 5th all time for the pole vault, and to Al’Moni Chambers who moved up to 5th all time in the discuss.  

Field Trip
Students who are in either the 5th hour Plant Science Class or the 6th hour Veterinary Study Class are reminded they are to go to the library today for their class.  Please make sure you check in with the library staff and get your assignment.

Girl’s Track
The Preble girl’s track and field team competed in the FRCC conference track meet last night in DePere and placed 5th in the 10 team event.  Leading the way and taking first place all- conference was Sydney Armijo in the high hurdles, all-conference 2nd place went to Jensen Van Duyse in the high jump and making 3rd team all-conference was the 4 x 1 relay of Shai’ Deja Cooper, Sydney Armijo, Abby Austin and Sara Peterik as well as Jensen Van Duyse in the triple jump.  Congratulations girls.

All girl track athletes are reminded to report today after school for practice, and/or uniform collection, awards voting, banquet information, etc, etc….

Link Crew May Day 
Attention 2017-2018 Link Leaders, if you have been selected as a Link Crew leader for next school year, our first training session is today during 7th period. We will be meeting in the LMC, not the auditorium. Please come to the LMC at the very beginning of 7th hour; we will take care of your attendance. See Mrs. Rowe, Mrs. Geyman, or Ms. Evans with questions. 

MAC Scholars & College Bound
MAC Scholars & College Bound will meet today after school from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in Room 107.

Political Awareness Club
Political Awareness Club will meet today in Room 114 from 3:15 to 3:45. We will be discussing Comey’s firing and the Russian investigation. 

Silent Art Auction
Stop by the art rooms today to place your bid in the binder in art room 183. All art work in the display case is for sale. Next week Monday after school, the highest bid takes the one-of-a-king artwork home. Add some art to your yard! There are mosaic and painted stones, garden art, candle holders, bud vases, glass pendant necklaces with a silver chain, and much more!

Spring Fling
It’s great to see all the bright colors today. In the hall if you find a picture of paint splatter, stop by the main office to redeem your prize. Tomorrow is Hawaiian Day and the hall hunt is pink flowers. Show your school spirit as the week continues! 

Students, tomorrow is the cookout. Bring some extra money to school to purchase a hamburger, brat, or cotton candy during the lunch hours. There will also be a car show, music, bounce houses, minute to win it, face painting, and pie eating contests. So stop by the courtyard tomorrow for the fun festivities!

Did you buy a yearbook?  Stop by the yearbook tables during the lunch hours to pick up your book!  If you have not purchased a book, there will be plenty for sale.  The cost is $60.
