From June 29 through July 3, six Preble students traveled to the 2016 Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) National Leadership Conference in Atlanta, GA. At the National Leadership Conference the best and brightest of FBLA convene to compete in leadership events, share their successes, and learn new ideas about shaping their career future through workshops and exhibits. This four-day conference is considered the pinnacle of the FBLA experience. At this conference students competed in business related competitions against 9,300 other students from around the United States. Students qualify for the NLC by placing in the top four of their competitive events at state level conferences.

The students that attend the conference were:

Brandl Bonetti - Sales Presentation
Kelsey Guzman and Emily Johnson - Business Plan
Haley Siegworh and Paige Wimberly - Publication Design
Sara Sendelbach - Database Design and Application

All of the students worked very hard on their competitive events and did an outstanding job. Brandl Bonetti placed 8th in the nation in Sales Presentation!

While in Atlanta the students also had the opportunity to visit the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site, Atlanta Braves game, Inside CNN Tour, Coke World, and the Georgia Aquarium.
