Congratulations to Nevada Nelson of Preble High School, a 2023 Herb Kohl Initiative Scholarship recipient! Initiative Scholars are chosen by their schools for overcoming significant obstacles or adversity, demonstrating exceptional initiative in the classroom, and showing strong promise for succeeding in college and beyond.
