Eligibility Requirements:
Students will audition for positions in the group based on vocal skills, dance ability, and musicianship. An ensemble of instrumentalists is auditioned as well based on ability.   Students are highly encouraged to be enrolled in a music performance class (band, choir, or orchestra). Students must maintain a passing grade in all classes. 

Description:
Rendezvous is Preble’s all women’s show choir.  This group performs numerous times throughout the year including  Regional Show Choir Competitions, Sing Out and Cabaret.  Participation at Show Choir competitions is at the discretion of the Director. 

Time Commitment:
Summer Choreography Camp Rehearsal twice a week (starting after the musical).  Weekends when there is a competition or performance. Daily rehearsals the week prior to Cabaret. 

Procedures for Joining:
Register on the Preble website under the Activities tab. Click on Online Registration and complete the information required.  Vocal, dance, and instrumental auditions will be in May for the upcoming year. Students are placed in the ensembles based on their auditions.  Activity Time Period: August through April
